Q. Why Korean Skincare

The volume and velocity of product launches in skincare products is the highest in the world, and innovation is a priority and expected by the local market consumer, as well as a worldwide audience. Due to the local consumers hunger for new products and new solutions – product trends are also ever changing. Q.COSTING MY PROJECT
We work with you to create a product worthy of inclusion in your line. We will strictly adhere to your cost parameters – and deliver samples and decorating options that fall within your budget. Customization costs may require a bit more time, and, of course, these costs are subject to the desired formulation or decoration of the finished product. Collaboratively we help create working cost sheets for everyone’s reference.
Q.PROVIDING SAMPLES
Once the product brief is a “GO” – we gather samples quickly and/or begin formulation work. Turn-key product samples are provided within 10 days of project commencement.
Q.BRAND CLIENTS
Our clients’ trust is very important to us. That trust and shared confidentiality does not allow us to publish our customer list. However, we have and continue to do business with both the largest brands in the industry, and the up and coming independent brands.
Q. CONFIDENTIALITY
Good business relationships are built on trust, ours/yours. We will keep all our shared information and interactions completely confidential – and will provide signed, mutually executed NDA’s (Non-Disclosure Agreements) should you request.
Q. SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
Yes. We are capable of having finished product shipped anywhere in the world, however, we request your diligence in determining the regulatory/compliance needs of the market to which you ship. Commerce and custom requirements vary by market – if you need help with the necessary paperwork we can point you to consultants who specialize in such work.
